Five details behind a useful review
Look for specific details about the purchase, advisor and conversation. A rating is easier to judge when the experience behind it is clear.
Price and billing
Record the offer used, the advisor’s rate and the amount approved. Compare those details with the final charge.
Advisor fit
Name the format and explain how the profile’s specialties and availability matched the question.
Clear communication
Describe whether the reader listened, answered the main question and explained uncertainty respectfully.
Time and control
Note the connection, pace and paid duration. Explain whether it was easy to stay within budget and end the session.
Support and follow-up
Describe how easy it was to find the rules and support route. If an issue arose, record the request and response.
These checks describe service quality. Prediction claims need separate evidence and a dated follow-up.
Before and after a reading
- Confirm the package or advisor rate visible on your own account.
- Write one main question, a safe amount of context and a stop time.
- Save the authorized amount, date, advisor name and session or email timestamp.
- Raise a service concern promptly; the published satisfaction policy describes a 48-hour window.
- Describe observable issues such as pricing, connection or conduct rather than only whether an outcome matched a prediction.
